Naya Aasha collects only the information we genuinely need: the contact details you send us when you write, volunteer, or donate, and the programme records required to run our services and meet our reporting duties to the Social Welfare Council and other authorities. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Information is shared outside Naya Aasha only where the person has consented, or where Nepali law requires it. Sensitive information, including anything concerning a child, a health condition, or a person's protection needs, is stored securely and opened only by the small number of authorised staff whose work requires it. Programme and financial records are kept for the period our donors and Nepali law require, then securely destroyed. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent for future use. Write to nayaaashanepal@gmail.com and we will respond within 15 days. We handle personal information in line with the Individual Privacy Act 2075 (2018) of Nepal.
